Shipping & Returns Policy
1. Shipping Information
Processing Time: All Pokémon card orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Japanese/International public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods:
- Flat Rate Shipping – Standard delivery, cost-effective but longer transit time.
- Express Shipping – Faster delivery with tracking and insurance.
Packaging: Cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders to ensure safe arrival. High-value orders may include additional protective packaging.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
2. International Shipping
We ship worldwide from Japan. Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping option.
Customs & Duties: Import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import regulations before purchasing.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, returns are only accepted if:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item arrives damaged in transit (must provide proof within 3 days of delivery).
Condition Policy: We do not accept returns based on card condition grading differences (e.g., NM, LP, etc.), unless there is a significant error in description.
Exchanges: If an incorrect item was sent, we will exchange it at no extra shipping cost.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item cannot be replaced.
- A return is approved (wrong item or damaged on arrival).
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged in Transit: Please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and card(s).
Lost Shipments: If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will assist with claims. Insured shipping is strongly recommended for high-value orders.
6. Non-Returnable Items
All booster packs, sealed boxes, and graded cards (PSA/BGS/CGC) are final sale.
Opened or tampered sealed products are not eligible for return.
