Handling Time
📦 In-Stock Items: Ships within 3–5 business days.
📦 Pre-Order Items: Ships within 3 business days after arrival at our facility following the official release date.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We use FedEx Express for all shipments, with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 days, depending on location and shipping conditions.
🔹 Each order is processed with a unique transaction number. If you place multiple orders separately, they will be shipped individually, and shipping fees will apply to each order.

Additional Charges (Taxes, Customs, Duties)
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the receiving country at the time of customs clearance. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid according to your country’s customs regulations.
Return Policy
Orders may be returned to us for the following reasons:
🔹 Unclaimed package at customs
🔹 Refusal of delivery
🔹 Incorrect shipping address
In the event that your package is returned, we will notify you.
🚚 Reshipment: If you wish to have the package resent, you will be responsible for both the original and reshipment fees.
💰 Refunds: If you opt for a refund, we will process it after deducting shipping and handling fees.
📦 In some cases, return shipping fees may apply, and the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.
